  I hired Woodchips construction for a demolition job on two homes in Orange County. When first meeting Rich, it quickly became clear to me that he was an extremely knowledgeable professional .He was not pushy and explained all of my options in an easy to understand way. He is personable and all my questions were fully answered. He is neither arrogant nor condescending.
  
  The verbal price I was quoted was fair and did not change when we signed contracts. At the completion of the job there were no surprise extras.
  
  From start to finish he kept me updated and was the liaison between the local building inspector and the environmental company that was required to complete the jobs. This took enormous pressure off of me and my family.
  
  While there are other knowledgeable contractors out there, it is hard to find one that you know in your heart that they are both honest and competent. Rich and Woodchips Construction is clearly both.
  
  When I called his office I talked with Eileen and she was also very professional and friendly. Any messages I left for Rich were returned promptly.
